These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the web and mobile applications, websites, and related services provided by Uncommon Labs LLC (“Uncommon Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Using the Services

You must provide accurate information when an account is required and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access; interfering with their operation; introducing malware; scraping or reverse engineering them except where law permits; infringing another person’s rights; or using them to harass, defraud, or harm others.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to a Service. You grant Uncommon Labs the limited license needed to host, process, display, and otherwise use that content to operate, secure, and improve the applicable Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it does not violate these Terms or the law.

Do not submit sensitive information to a Service unless that Service expressly asks for it and provides appropriate instructions. AI-assisted features may produce inaccurate or incomplete output; review outputs before relying on them.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some Services may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions will be shown at purchase. Payments and refunds may be handled by the relevant web payment provider or app store. App-store subscriptions must generally be managed through the account used to purchase them.

Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design, branding, and content supplied by Uncommon Labs, are owned by Uncommon Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

Third-party services

The Services may link to or work with third-party products, platforms, app stores, or integrations. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. Uncommon Labs is not responsible for third-party services.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to a Service if you violate these Terms, create risk, or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using a Service at any time. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms—will survive.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your particular purpose. Our applications are not medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice unless an application expressly says otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uncommon Labs and its owners, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the applicable Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or 100 US dollars.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms here and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we may also notify you through the applicable Service. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
